Most California free legal help programs can provide the following types of services based on its resources and client's legal needs:
Resources for legal aid on bankruptcy, immigration, Child Custody, Domestic Violence, family law, divorce, landlord-tenant, employment issues, consumer and Small Claims Problems. To qualify for free legal help, you must be at or below 125.0% to 300.0% of poverty level. Cases taken above basic income eligibility level are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
